  1. 1. The 3 most interesting things I learned about Christianity are:
    a)Mary Magdalene was the first person who initially saw Jesus's rise from the dead because his tomb was empty.
    b)Easter is the most important Christian holiday. (I always thought Christmas was!)
    c)Jesus chose his apostles by men that were uneducated and worked as fisherman and tax collectors.

    2. The key concepts on my Christianity review sheet that I am having trouble with are:
    a) Who Martin Luther is.
    b) What the Sermon on the Mount was.

    The Sermon on the Mount was a famous speech Jesus delivered on a mountain near Capernaum. I looked up what a "sermon" is. "A "sermon" is like a serious speech esp. on a moral issue.For more on "the sermon on the mount" see c.w. #23

  8. three interseting fact on Christianity:

    1. It is believed Jesus performed miracles such as healing the sick and blind, walking on water, restoring a dead girl to life, and he caught fish.
    2. Jesus rose from the dead and communitcated with people such as the 12 apostles, Mary Magdelene, and Paul of Tarsus.
    3. It is interseting that they thought Jesus would be he Jewish Messiah but is actually the Messiah and savior for a new religion Christianity.

    1. How Saul who later became Paul, prositucte Jesus but then turned into one of his biggest followers
    2. God talked to Paul
    3. Jesus told about the events leading up to his deaths

    I also thought it was intresting how Easter is the most important Christain Holiday. I thought it would be Christman because that was the day Jesus was born.

  16. i find it odd that marry magdaline was the first person to see jeseasus come back from the dead because most people dont seem to know who she is
    also i find it intristing how you cant get married by a catholic priest unless your both catholic because i never knew that.
    finnaly i find it interesting how closely related islam christianity and judasism are yet they think of themselves as completley diffirent.

  17. madison the new testemet is all of jeasus teachings and it was writing by the apostles. its all the stuff that happend that seperates christianity from judaism because its about the messiah who they dont belive has come yet.

  20. The three most interseting things are that Mary Magdalene was the first to know that Jesus ross from the dead, That Paul of Tarsus was really Saul the person who persecuted Christains, and that no one knows what evencully happen to Judas.

    I too think that it is very interesting that Jesus preformed his miracles on the Sabbath, but that is the main reason why the Jewish rabbis didn't favor him.

    1. christianity began as a sect of judaism.
    2. I learned that jesus chose fishermen and tax collectors as his apostles.
    3. That Paul of Tarsus who persecuted early christians would help the spread of christianity.
