1) The three most important things I learned about Islam are:
ReplyDelete- Many people have Islamaphobia because the don't know a lot about the religion.
- Most Muslims live in Indonesia, not the Middle East.
- Allah is their god and they do not draw any pictoral representations of him.
2) Questions I still have about Islam are:
- Why are bazaars important to the Islamic culture?
- Why don't Muslims draw Allah?
interesting facts:

2. That the Shariah law is very harsh and if you do not follow the rules and could get very hurt.
3. In the past the women had more freedom than now.

2. That Muslims have to pray 5 times a day.
3. That theres is no one to lead the prayers in a Mosque.

ReplyDeleteThe media shows Islam as a bad religions because they think it is too violent or bias. Other media outlets show it as a good religion.
Three things i found interesting is that men can have up to4 wives when women married can not be alone with men. Another women have to cover their bodies when they get married so men know that they are married. One more is that people streotype Muslims to much in the media or internet or newspaper.
